Lucy is our veteran agent—she has been working with Joan for 16 years! She is a self proclaimed “weekend wacker” on the golf course and she loves spending time spoiling her four-year-old grandson Xavier. Her likes include Tampa Bay Bucs football, reading, gardening and boating. Lucy’s dislikes include just one thing: being called Lucille. You have been warned.
Outside of Dance Ferrentino, Sarah is a dedicated wife to her husband Jay and mother to her son Sanford– a beautiful three-year-old golden retriever. She enjoys reading poolside and running in local road races. Her strengths include a knack for organization, a green thumb and she can bake a darn good pie. Her weaknesses include an irrational fear of scary movies and a lack of coordination required to play team sports. Sarah looks forward to taking your call!
Gina grew up right here in Tampa. She is married with one daughter who is now in college. She enjoys reading, entertaining friends in her home and pressure washing (yes, pressure washing). On her bucket list you will find visiting every state-she only has a few more to go-and mastering the printer at the office.
Joan is a St. Pete native with a lifelong commitment to the Tampa Bay community. She is a Stetson University graduate, a Junior League of Tampa member, local business owner and a Tampa Bay Bucs season-ticket holder. A true world explorer, she has traveled to many Caribbean islands, watched the Eiffel Tower light up for the millennium and enjoyed self reflection at Machu Picchu. When she is not in the office or traveling abroad, you can find Joan running down Bayshore with her dog Maxwell, hitting tennis balls on the court, playing 18 holes or fishing from her kayak.

Susan hails from Litchfield, Connecticut, however has called Florida her home for over 20 years. This Green Waver enjoys musical theater and a great Napa Valley Cab. Susan loves to go on ‘girl trips’ with her daughter Gabby and they participate in a mother/daughter book club. Every once in a while Susan tries to make it back to New Orleans for Jazz Fest. Susan can make a mean pasta and has recently learned that a 5K does not qualify as long distance running.
Maxwell – This friendly little Yorkie Poo will be sure to greet you at the door of Dance Ferrentino Insurance. Maxwell loves to dance, give kisses, chew on sticks and play with his best friend Bella! When he is finished digging in the potted plants and running his daily laps around the office, he finds peace resting in your lap.
Bella – Miss Bella is the attractive, well-groomed type of girl that loves pushing the man in her life (Maxwell) around. Luckily he loves it! Bella is a spunky beauty who adores attention. Give her a pat on the head and she will be your friend for the day, give her a belly rub and you will be a friend for life!
You will be able to sleep peacefully knowing Alex is taking care of your insurance needs—unlike Alex himself, who has had many sleepless nights since welcoming a baby son into the world in 2012. Alex was born and raised right here in Tampa and has worked in the insurance industry for 11 years. He enjoys going to the Rays and Buccaneers games whenever he gets a chance.
This busy agent cares for her clients, two children and two cats. As a mother she works hard to instill a drive for success in her five-year-old son, and to convince her seventeen-year-old daughter not to drive! Maria is passionate about her family and world travel. She has visited several countries in Europe and South America. She also loves celebrating Halloween. She dressed her youngest child for his first trick-or-treat excursion when he was just one month old. Maria has been known to worry aloud in the office that she “ just doesn’t know what to dress up for this Halloween”–in April.
